Feel free to test out this new tutorial its very simple and easy to follow. Its a simple Gallery tutorial, similar to the gallery located here. The images are being stored in a php database, and using dreamweaver and its php functions you will be able to display the content on your site. Tmobile data plan with Iphone

Have a jail broken iphone and you want to connect it to tmobile data plan? Follow this tutorial and learn how. I am using a Jail broken iPhone 2.2.1 with the $24.00 smart phone plan from tmobile. People used the 5.99 plan and it worked also. With this plan i was able to connect to my mail, view web pages and connect to youtube. My experience with youtube was very slow.

Connecting to Iphone with WinSCp

First download these three files winscp , mod files and itunnel. This file will allow you to login to your iphone. Also, go into the iphone general setting and turn off Auto-Lock.

While your on the iphone go into installer and download OpenSSH. Open and run Make iTunnel

When you open the iTunnel window all you will see is the dos screen below.

With that window still open, Open and run winscp. Connect your iphone using the usb cable. In Winscp fill in the information shown below.

Click Login, when you click login you will see the window

After doing that you will see the window below, if you ssh into your iphone before using wifi you will recognize this window.

Now browse to "/private/var/root/" and place the proxy.pac file into the root directory.

Place the second file preferences.list into "/private/var/root/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/"

I didn't have the systemConfiguration folder in my directory so i created the folder and place the file into the directory.

Now turn your phone off / on. Do a test turn off wifi and see if you can connect to the internet. Install Boss Prefs, you can find it on cydia or installer. Here you can turn off / on your data plan and wifi when needed. You can also do this to see if it picked up your data plan.
